ReplyDeleteput nehra in place of pathan.... Both r waste fellows... but as u said according to performaces... then u can pick nehra ahead of pathan. Don't say me he is an allrounder :)
ReplyDeleteHa ha u got it right, the build up of the team is a top order which goes at all guns,the 4,5,6 down batsmen who can weather the storm if top order fails or a batsman who can hit his way when it is slog over situation,a handy all rounder who can bat a bit and bowl a bit(As india has no yet found a fast bowling all rounder) two pacers and two spinners. The bowling has a lot of variety in it.you can see it from the team.And in the batting also i tried to maintain the left right balance.

ReplyDeleteadds three dimensions. He is bowler,batsman(slogger) and a fielder.And when u compare the performances of a 3D irfan with that of a strong 1D Nehra, its a square.The only thing is that when you are making a dream team u
have an opening in a team for an allrounder.Thats y irfan was picked.Ravindra jadeja gave a tough fight but you see my team has the clones of him in raina yousuf rohit .
well said but think twice before saying he is 3 dimensional. I can't accept with your opinion that he is a bowler. A bowler who consistently gives 8 runs an over in ODIs and T20s is not considered as bowler in my opinion. Most important thing is in recent times I rarely saw him bowling genuine wicket taking deliveries. Sorry mate whatever you say Irfan is good as a batsman and fielder. but when it comes to bowling I prefer rohit/raina/yusuf to finish of his quota instead. If you thing he fits in the team as a batsman then I can show you better options too.
ReplyDeleteDear ,.....my opinion is if it the place for nehra and pathan i got for Pathan..only ..the basic thing you forgot in nehra is dat he is good fielder that opposition team always try to go for the side where nehra fields he can give almost 10-15 runs in his fielding to opposition so if he gives 6 runs per over and pathan gives 8 per over .its same...and pathan can bat also...
